Effortless control and real-time insight for aircraft owners

For aircraft owners, knowing the exact status and location of your aircraft—especially when flown by others—is essential.

FlightApp is a smart, cloud-based solution designed to offer you just that: complete oversight, increased transparency, and peace of mind without the paperwork.

Keep control of your
aircraft at all times

Developed by experienced helicopter pilot Marc Lambert, FlightApp consists of two connected tools: PilotApp and AircraftApp.

While pilots use PilotApp to log flight hours, upload documents, and receive alerts (e.g., license or medical expiry), it's the Aircraft App that truly empowers owners.

With AircraftApp, you gain real-time insight into your aircraft's condition and usage. The app logs every flight, tracks time until next maintenance, highlights technical issues, and documents inspections.

When a pilot registers a flight, the system instantly updates the aircraft logbook and reflects changes in PilotApp—avoiding miscommunication and manual errors.

Owners also benefit from knowing where their aircraft is and how it is being used. This gives owners full control without needing to follow up manually.

The platform logs not only flight data, but also allows you to review changes and check who performed technical validations. All modifications are traceable, ensuring full transparency.

For those working with a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation), FlightApp provides a dedicated dashboard for scheduling maintenance and direct communication. This allows owners to make faster, better-informed decisions—improving safety and reducing administrative burden.

FlightApp complies with EASA standards and has been validated by the Belgian aviation authority (DGLV).

It's available for desktop and mobile use, with annual subscriptions starting at €99 per aircraft (including one Pilot App license).

Two powerful apps, one unified purpose

FlightApp consists of two integrated tools: the Pilot App and the Aircraft App.

The Pilot App serves as a digital logbook, enabling aviators to record flight hours, store key documents, and receive timely alerts for items such as medical renewals or license checks. One standout feature is the ability to import an entire flight history using predefined templates, streamlining the transition from paper to digital in just a few clicks.

Complementing this is the Aircraft App, which supports aircraft logbook management. It allows users to log flights, track maintenance due dates, monitor known or new technical issues, and document inspections.

Data entered in the Aircraft App automatically syncs with the Pilot App ensuring that aircraft and pilot data are always aligned, up to date, and accessible across the system.
